Service Agreement

By booking our photography services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Diamond Lens Studios will provide professional photography services as outlined in your service agreement.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due on or before your session date. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before your session date will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. Cancellations made within 30 days are non-refundable.

Image Rights

Diamond Lens Studios retains the copyright to all images. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial use requires separate licensing agreement.

Delivery Timeline

Edited images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks of your session date. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for events beyond our control that may affect service delivery.
